The Objective and the Key Results are the two parts of the OKR. Objectives are qualitative explanations of what you wish to do that are easily remembered. Short, inspiring, and stimulating objectives are ideal. The team should be motivated and
challenged by the objectives. Key Results are a series of metrics that track how far you’ve come toward your goal. You should have two to five Key Results for each Objective.
